PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water treatment apparatus in which the pressure loss of a pipeline system is made small, and which has excellent high performance capable of decomposing toxic substances in a short period of time. SOLUTION: This water treatment apparatus is constituted so that a Venturi tube is arranged on a water flow pipeline 1 through which the liquid to be treated is made to flow. An upstream Venturi tube 2A and a downstream Venturi tube 2B are arranged closely to each other in series.
