PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oxygen concentrator capable of improving maintainability of the device by a patient and an installation dealer in a medical oxygen concentrator for home oxygen therapy. SOLUTION: In an oxygen concentrator 200 provided with a compression means for compressing air taken in from the outside of the device, an adsorption means for adsorbing a predetermined component except for oxygen in the compressed air to remove from the compression air, a buffer tank for storing concentrated oxygen from which the predetermined component is removed, and a box-like casing 214a for housing the compression means, the adsorption means and the buffer tank, the oxygen concentrator is equipped with an upper cover 214b for protecting an upper portion of the casing, an air intake 209 for taking in the air from the outside of the device, and a first filter 101 removably mounted in the air intake for removing dust in the taken-in air, and the upper cover has a loading part for loading the intake and the first filter obliquely upwards at the back of the oxygen concentrator.
