PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plaster whose separation liners are easily separated, and whose parts of a healing ointment layer are prevented from sticking together when the plaster is stuck to skin and also made to be thin on the whole and uniform, is excellently stuck to the skin, follows the skin, and prevents creases from being gathered even when the plaster is stuck to a bent part, and to provide a device for efficiently producing the plasters and its method. SOLUTION: The healing ointment layer 20 is formed on the upper surface of a support body 10, and separation materials 30 are superimposed on the upper surface of the healing ointment layer 20 in the plaster 1. The support body 10 is a skin-following type thin layer film. The separation materials 30 consist of a pair of separation liners 31, 32. One separation liner 31 is superimposed on part of the healing ointment layer 20, and the other separation liner 32 is superimposed on the rest part of the layer 20. A superimposition area 34 is formed at the inner end edge part of the other separation liner 32.
