The present invention provides compounds of Formula (I) wherein W, Q, E, D, A, L, R6, R7, R8, Y, K, R9, R10, G, the dashed bond between D and E, and the double bond denoted "*" have any of the values defined therefore in the specification, and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, that are usefu l as agents in the treatment of diseases and conditions, including inflammator y diseases, cardiovascular diseases, and cancers. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions comprising one or more compounds of Formula (I).
