PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power transmission device having an internal combustion engine without newly arranging a device for driving a driven device.

SOLUTION: This power transmission device has the internal combustion engine for connecting an output shaft 6 of the internal combustion engine 1, an output shaft 56 of a motor/generator 34 and a planetary gear mechanism 50, and is provided with the driven device 73. The planetary gear mechanism 50 has a first rotary element or a third rotary element. The output shaft 6 of the internal combustion engine 1 is connected to the first rotary element 52, and the output shaft 56 of the motor/generator 34 is connected to a second rotary element, and the driven device 73 is connected to the third rotary element 55.
