PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally provide an event in a very crowded place without being restricted in terms of space and also to simplify preparatory work. SOLUTION: As for the hollow columnar advertising board 10, an advertisement surface is formed by disposing twelve advertising panels 16 divided in a longitudinal direction on a pedestal 12 on all the periphery of the board 10. Out of twelve advertising panels 16, six movable advertising panels 16-1 to 16-3, 16-10 to 16-12 are movable. By moving and housing the movable advertising panels behind remaining six fixed advertising panels 16-4 to 16-9, a part of the pedestal is immediately transformed into the event stage, whereby the board 10 is utilized as the event stage. By restoring the movable advertising panels to home positions, the event stage is hidden in a state where articles exhibited and sold on the spot are still exhibited, and the troublesome preparatory work is not required.
