PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic polymer composition having excellent barrierness to gas, organic liquid, etc., and high flexibility. SOLUTION: The thermoplastic polymer composition contains (I) an ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer, (II) a block copolymer composed mainly of a polymer block of a vinyl aromatic monomer and a conjugated diene polymer block, (III) a rubber softener and (IV) a modified addition polymer having a functional group reactive with the ethylene-vinyl alcohol copolymer (I).
