PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water activation device which can more efficiently realize water activation than conventional devices. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a circular pipe 2 made of non-magnetic materials for passing water and a plurality of cylindrical magnet units 5, 6, 7, 8 placed in series along the longitudinal direction of the circular pipe in such a way that the circular pipe penetrates the center parts of the magnet units. Each of the magnet units is constituted in such a way that four or more sheets, even-numbered sheets, of the same shaped magnet sheets 9A, 9B, which are curved in circular arc shapes so that the inner peripheral surfaces may be tightly adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the circular pipe, is arranged without gap in the peripheral direction of the circular pipe to be assembled in a cylindrical shape. The inner peripheral surfaces of shield rings 10 made of ferromagnetic materials are fitted on the outer peripheral surfaces of the respective magnet sheets. The magnet sheets 9A, 9B adjacent to each other are magnetized reversely in the radial direction of the circular pipe. In the respective magnet units, an attachment angle in the peripheral direction of the circular pipe of the magnet unit is different from those of the adjacent magnet units toward the direction of water fluidization.
