PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain woven fabric prepreg for fiber-reinforced composite materials, which exhibits excellent mechanical properties and excellent moldability under low pressure. SOLUTION: The woven fabric prepreg for fiber-reinforced composite materials is woven fabric prepreg comprising a woven fabric of a reinforced fiber material and a matrix resin. The matrix resin consists of [A] a mixture of a bisphenol F-type epoxy resin and a polyfunctional epoxy resin, [B] an acid anhydride, [C] a Lewis acid salt and [D] an organoaluminum compound.
