PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a water conditioner capable of operating only a water cleaning function without producing wasteful water as wastewater and capable of enhancing the use efficiency of a water cleaning part. SOLUTION: An introducing port 3 for introducing tap water into a housing body 1 and a lead-out port 4 for leading wastewater to the outside of the housing body 1 are provided to the bottom part of the housing body 1 in a mode piercing the bottom part, and a water guide pipe 5 is connected to the introducing port 3. The water guide pipe 5 is branched into two water guide pipes on the way thereof and the first branched water guide pipe 6 is connected to a water inlet 10a of a holding part 10 while another second branched water guide pipe 7 is connected to a water inlet 30c communicating with a second tank of an ion water producing part 30. A solenoid valve 9 for opening and closing the flow channel in the second water guide pipe 7 and a calcium case 20 filled with a calcium agent are provided on the way of the second water guide pipe 7 in this order.
