REPLY CANDIDATE GENERATION METHOD, ITS DEVICE, REPLY CANDIDATE GENERATION PROGRAM AND RECORDING MEDIUM IN WHICH THE SAME PROGRAM IS RECORDED

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user interface for dynamically generating reply candidates by every correspondence such as a mail and for making a user select a reply which he/she desires among the reply candidates. SOLUTION: A reply candidate generation device is constituted of a correspondence analysis means for extracting a text of a correspondence when the correspondence is received via a communication terminal and for analyzing its structure, a reply candidate extraction means for extracting appropriate replies as the reply candidates to the correspondence from a reply DB based on the structure analyzed by the correspondence analysis means and a correspondence reconstruction means for transmitting the reply correspondence extracted by the reply candidate extraction means to the communication terminal together with the received correspondence.
