PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form a heat transfer pipe having thermal conductivity equal to that of a heat transfer pipe made only of metal materials by using resin materials, and to enable easy manufacturing of the lightweight and inexpensive heat transfer pipe with high corrosion resistance. SOLUTION: Cylindrical fin members 3 made of resin materials are formed by projectingly providing a plurality of fins on an inner peripheral face of a base board 4.
