PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for dryness of vapor capable of accurately controlling dryness. SOLUTION: A dryness measuring means 3 is provided by fitting a positive displacement flowmeter 5, a pressure sensor 7, a temperature sensor 8, and a mass flowmeter 6 to a vapor pipe 4, sequentially. A dryness adjusting means 2 consisting of a heater main body 13 and a cooler main body 16 is fitted to a vapor pipe 1 in the upstream side. By the dryness measuring means 3, dryness or wetness of vapor to be measured is measured and calculated. By adjusting the dryness adjusting means 2 on the basis of the calculated value, dryness of supplied vapor can be optionally controlled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
