PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a shelter and its frame of high structural stability which does not collapse with snow coverage. SOLUTION: Each of shelter frames 1A, 1B is provided with a roof frame 2 formed in curved surface shape with a plurality of curved members 2a, and a support member 3 for supporting the top part of the roof frame 2. Each curved member 2a is formed by restraining the end parts in the state of forcibly bending and deforming within an elastic range a prestressed concrete steel bar 2a' which is a shaft member with comparatively small flexural rigidity.
