PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cargo handling operation terminal and a cargo handling operation system provided with the cargo handling operation terminal reducing burden of an operator and enhancing cargo handling efficiency. SOLUTION: In the cargo handling operation terminal 20, a yard crane traveling on a yard and treating a plurality of cargos placed is operated. The cargo handling operation terminal 20 is provided with a display means 40 for matrix-displaying these cargos in the state wherein longitudinal directions of the respective cargos extend to left/right side; a cargo designation means 50 for designating one cargo subjected to the cargo handling; and an input means 60 for inputting an information regarding the cargo.
