摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align with high accuracy a nozzle plate, a channel plate and a head body of an inkjet head and joint them together. SOLUTION: An alignment hole 16a is formed in the nozzle plate 16 in the same process of a nozzle 15, an alignment hole 22a is formed in the head body 22 in the same process of a pressure chamber 20, an alignment hole 19a corresponding to the alignment holes 16a and an alignment hole 19b corresponding to the alignment hole 22a are formed in the channel plate 19 in the same process of an ink channel 18, the head body 22 and the channel plate 19 are optically aligned and jointed with the alignment holes 22a and 19b, and the nozzle plate 16 and the channel plate 19 are optically aligned and jointed with the alignment holes 16a and 19a.
