PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a film fixing device capable of being easily produced, capable of easily conducting a stretching and covering operation of a film and a re-covering operation thereof as well, and capable of giving high tension to the film. SOLUTION: The film F having a size corresponding to an area to be stretched and covered is mounted on a rail-shaped support member 10 fixed to an aggregate 30, and then a long-size fixing member 20 is sequentially attached to the support member 10. The fixing member 20 is attached in such a manner that an upper fixing guide part 24 of the fixing member 20 is thrust into a space between one of horizontal parts 15 and one of support guide parts 14 of the support member 10, and then a bent part between a base part 23 and a fixing anchor side 25 of the fixing member 20 is thrust into another space between the other of support guide parts 14 and the other of horizontal parts 15 so as to outside push and broaden the other support guide part 14 of the supporting member 10, by using an end part of the upper fixing guide part 24 of the fixing member 20 as a fulcrum.
