The vehicle has three wheels with balloon tires or wide tires. The two front wheels function as drive wheels, while the back wheel acts as a steering wheel. While the vehicle is not moving, a raisable seat can be lifted, and the foot region in front of the drive wheels can be lowered to the floor.
