<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing acidic soybean milk drink having no unfavorable flavor such as grassy smell or harsh taste inherent in soybean, and having refreshing drinking feeling while having body taste. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing acidic soybean milk drink comprises cooking soybean milk at 130-150 °C for a long time followed by acidifying the cooked soybean milk. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
