<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a customer to quickly check the contents and delivery state of a previous order from any place outside an office such as a site, and if necessary, quickly arrange an additional order, an emergent order/delivery and the like from the place. <P>SOLUTION: A simple order acceptance and placement processing device, which is connected to ordering terminals via a network, has a stock merchandise data file managing stock merchandise data, an estimate data file managing estimate data, a member information file registering user ID data on members, and a merchandise distribution information file registering data on customers engaged in merchandise distribution for the members. At a connection request from a customer terminal, member authentication processing means request a user ID input, refer to the member information file and the merchandise distribution information file to authenticate the member, and retrieve information on customers for merchandise distribution for the authenticated member. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
