<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a print order management system capable of easily managing print order information. <P>SOLUTION: A mini-laboratory PC 12 stores, in an HDD 12d, a process folder group produced correspondingly to each processing process to completion of printing of an image ordered by the print order information after reception of the print order information. When the mini-laboratory PC 12 moves the print order information to a process folder corresponding to the present processing process of this print order information and displays status of the print order information on a display 13, the mini-laboratory PC 12 decides the status on the basis of which process folder of the process folder group stores the print order information.
