<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a surrogate sending business support system for efficiently requesting an appropriate deliverer to deliver postal matter, thus providing support to a surrogate sending company for efficient business. <P>SOLUTION: The surrogate sending business support system 2 is connected via a network 4 to a surrogate sending company system 6 installed in the surrogate sending company, as well as to deliverers' systems 8a, 8b, 8c installed in respective deliverers. The surrogate sending business support system 2 adds up the number of mails on the basis of information on the request for delivery of the mails which is sent from the surrogate sending company system 6 via the network 4, and sends estimation request information requesting the estimation of delivery of the total mails to the deliverers' systems 8a, 8b, 8c via the network 4. Next, the deliverer to which the delivery of the mails is requested is selected on the basis of estimation information sent from the deliverers' systems 8a, 8b, 8c via the network 4, creates a written request for the selected deliverer, and sends information on the created written request to the surrogate sending company system 6. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
