PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supply managing method, supply managing system, and supply managing device capable of efficiently supplying an article to be replenished.

SOLUTION: When an RF-ID tag 33 attached to the article is removed and supplied into a tag recovering box 32, a tag information managing terminal 31 reads an article code stored on the RF-ID tag 33. The tag information managing terminal 31 transmits the article code to a managing computer 21 via a mobile communication network 42 and the Internet 41. The managing computer 21 specifies supply information of a supply information storage section 22 based on the received article code and an IP address as the transmission destination, and calculates the using number of the article. The managing computer 21 issues a supply command for supplying the article to a customer based on the previous using number of the article.
