<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery stable in a wide range of temperature of about -10°C to 80°C and superior in cycle characteristics of charge and discharge. <P>SOLUTION: In this nonaqueous electrolyte secondary battery, a nonaqueous ionic conductive layer is made interposed between a positive electrode active material and a negative electrode active material composed of inorganic or organic compounds which reversibly store and release lithium. The positive electrode active material or the negative electrode active material are mixed with the electrolyte having star oligoethylene oxide expressed as a general formula (1) (in the formula (1), n<SB>1</SB>to n<SB>4</SB>are arbitrary integers of 1 to 3) with lithium salt dissolved. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
