<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the thickness of an operation-pressed type variable resistor by reducing the number of constituent members. <P>SOLUTION: One flexible sheet 3 is turned up and superimposed facing surfaces of both turned-up halves of the sheet 3 are bonded to each other with an adhesive material 4. A resistor 1 is print-formed on the lower surface of the upper turned-up half of the sheet 3, and at the same time, a pair of conductive contacts 2A and 2B are arranged in parallel at a fixed interval on the upper surface of the lower turned-up half of the sheet 3 facing the resistor 1.
