PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin laminated polyester film which satisfies productivity at the time of production and workability at the time of processing and imparts high-degree functionality. SOLUTION: This thin laminated polyester film has a laminated structure and is characterized in that the thickness thereof due to a weight method is 3.0-8.0μm and the arithmetic average roughness (Ra) of at least one surface thereof is not more than 0.050μm. The number of coarse projections on one surface of the laminated polyester film is 200/cm<SP>2</SP>or less and at least one layer thereof preferably contains at least one kind of an oxidation inhibitor.
