PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DC machine for which the changes in rectification are suppressed for proper rectification. SOLUTION: A blower motor 1 comprises an armature 3, in which an armature coil 7 is wound about the prescribed number of teeth 6a of an armature core 6, comprising a plurality of teeth 6a arranged with a constant angular space, and magnets 4 and 5 arranged to face each other across the armature 3. The magnets 4 and 5 comprise main magnetic poles 4a and 5a, of which the radial magnetic flux density is uniform in the circumferential direction, and extension parts 4b and 5b, where a border position against the main magnetic poles 4a and 5a disposed on the side of rotational direction of the armature 3 of the main magnetic poles 4a and 5a is a weak magnetic pole position, while the radial magnetic flux density is increased gradually toward the rotational direction side. On the side opposite to the rotational direction of the armature 3 of the main magnetic poles 4a and 5a, different polarity parts 11 and 12, having magnetic flux density of opposite polarity to the main magnetic poles 4a and 5a, are provided.
