PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground joint connector with superior installation workability. SOLUTION: Four engagement recessed parts 15A-15D are provided on a connector housing 11, and counterpart connectors divided into four comprised by leading in electric wires for ground can be engaged with each other. A ground terminal 20 is formed by bending an elongated bus bar 21 with a ground plate 25 provided in one end into a plurality of tiers, it is a shape provided with a row of a plurality of tabs 23 from one rim or both rims in each tier, the tabs 23 are distributed and faced to each engagement recessed part 15A-15D, and the ground plate 25 is attached in a state protruding outward. When the counterpart connectors are sequentially engaged with the engagement recessed parts 15A-15D, the electric wires for ground led into them are collectively grounded via the ground terminal 20. Since one ground terminal 20 is shared by each engagement recessed part 15A-15D, work of fixing the ground plate 25 to a member for ground is required only once, and workability is improved.
