PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely prevent the entry of cooked objects or the like through an exhaust opening portion during no use of a grill box and improve the caring and cleaning property of a top panel. SOLUTION: This cooking stove with a grill comprises the grill box provided in a stove body 54, an exhaust passage 74 through which cooking smoke generated during baking cooking in the grill box 58 is exhausted, the opening portion provided in the top panel 70 for exhausting the cooking smoke through the exhaust passage 74, and an exhaust louver 80 provided in the opening portion. The exhaust louver 80 consists of one or more louver plates 82, and the louver plates 82 for opening the opening portion in the opening condition and closing the opening portion in the closing condition constitute a portion of the top panel 70.
