PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multi-head type low-position frost-preventing fan device capable of setting a wide air blowing range from the beginning, effectively blowing air through small swinging movement, and capable of effectively blowing air by a frost-preventing fan in a wide range. SOLUTION: This multi-head type low-position frost-preventing fan is constituted by a pole provided in a buried pole in a field, and the several frost-preventing fans arranged on the pole through a fan attachment mechanism. The several frost-preventing fan is constituted by a support means for swinging and/or dip adjusting respectively provided on the frost-preventing fan attachment mechanism, a cylindrical body arranged on the support means, and a swirl flow regulating plate and a fan for frost-preventing provided on the cylindrical body. Therefore, the low-position frost-preventing fan can be surely and easily housed in a tea garden. An air blowing distance whereby frost-preventing efficiency can be exhibited can be secured. The advantages of the frost-preventing fan can be exhibited to the maximum, and effective frost-preventing efficiency can be exhibited. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
