PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Wagen form device, a strut support device and a construction method of a box girder with a strut for coping with a change in a strut installing position, and superior in workability. SOLUTION: A form support arm 30 is arranged in one end part becoming the lateral directional overhang floor slab side of a movable side part frame 4 in the Wagen form device 42, and the base end part is rotatably installed. A side part form support arm 43 is arranged in the other end part becoming the box girder 2 side of the movable side part frame 4, and the base end part is rotatably installed. The respective overhang floor slab side form support arm 30 and side part form support arm 43 are arranged at an interval larger than an outer diameter dimension of the strut 19 in the bridge axis direction, and is rotatably arranged on the movable side part frame 4 side up to a position noninterfering with the installed strut 19.
