PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nonslipping plate superior in transparency and ventilation performance, and having the proper nonslipping effect. SOLUTION: A large number of through-holes 2 are arranged in the plate 1. A plurality of projections 4A, 4B, 4C and 4D project upward a little toward the inside of the through-holes from the periphery of the respective through-holes 2, and are formed so as not to abut on each other.
