DEVICE FOR BINDING ARTICLE ARRANGED IN TRUCK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a binding device for an article arranged in a truck provided with a secondary tension unit disabled from being used responding to a preventing signal. SOLUTION: The device is for binding the article arranged in the truck with a tape material having a flat surface, and has a tension roller (139), a tape material tension unit (15) having a gripper (140) adjacent to the tension roller (139) and neighboring to the upstream portion of the tape material. While the tension roller (139) moves in such a manner that it pushes the downstream portion of the tape material vertically to the flat surface of the tape material to pull out the short portion of the tape material taken off by the tension roller (139) from the surroundings of the article, the gripper (140) grips the upstream portion of the tape material. Further the device has an electric preventing portion selectively disabling the tape material tension unit (15) from being used responding to the preventing signal. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
