PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a top cover 1 combined with a base plate to form a chassis of an apparatus such as an HDD, capable of suppressing the vibration generated at operating a motor by improving a vibration control function. SOLUTION: The top cover 1 forming the chassis with the base plate for housing such vibratory source element as a motor, and the like, is configured: a groove shaped rib is arranged at outer area from the vibratory source on the top cover 1; an elastic body 12 for absorbing the vibration is arranged in a groove part for the rib 11: a restraint plate 13 is attached on the above elastic body 12 for restraining deformation of the above elastic body 12.
