PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently reduce periodic noise with a simple constitution. SOLUTION: Pseudonoise signals Yk having characteristics close to periodic noise N are generated on the basis of only the timing signals being spontaneously generated by a round type self-running counter 42 without requiring reference input signals X having periodically high correlation with the noise N. By subtracting the signals Yk from main input signals S2, only the noise N is more effectively and easily reduced from the signals S2 by employing a simple constitution without requiring the signals X.
