<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a radio communication terminal, a communication system, and a communication method capable of easily acquiring information on a site where browsing is allowed freely, and acquiring information in a high status of security on a site where browsing is restricted. <P>SOLUTION: In response to a connection request from a radio communication terminal 50, a communication device 60 allocates a private address to the radio communication terminal, and terminates the radio communication terminal and own device in a network layer, and the device 60 establishes a first transmission path. Then, in response to a connection request for a free browsing site from the radio communication terminal over the first transmission path, the communication device connects the radio communication terminal to the site requested. In addition, when the communication device authenticates a user according to user authentication information from the radio communication terminal 50, the communication device terminates the radio communication terminal 50 and the own device at a data link layer, and establishes a second transmission path.
