<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a component supply apparatus which can prevent the returning shutter from damaging and cracks the electronic components, even when the first electronic component rises when the shutter returns to close the take-out port opened, and never damages and deformes the components in contact with the shutter. <P>SOLUTION: Even when the top electronic component EC rises while a first shutter 11 returns, a second shutter 12 which is energized with a spring is in contact with this electronic component EC. The second shutter 12, after it is in contact, draws in the inverse direction of the recovering direction of the first shutter 11 against the energizing force of a spring 13. Since only the energizing force of the spring 13 for energizing the second shutter 12 is applied to the electronic component EC in the rising state, if this energizing force is set to a small value, any external damage and crack are never generated on the electronic component EC even when the electronic component EC in the rising state is held by the second shutter 12.
