<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photosensitive resin composition which improves adhesion to a transparent substrate before and after exposure of the colored photosensitive resin composition and gives a desired pattern even when a stripping angle and speed vary in a stripping step after curing the resin composition by exposure, and to provide a method for manufacturing a color filter using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The photosensitive resin composition used for forming a pixel pattern on a transparent substrate is characterised by containing at least (A) a binder consisting of an organic polymer, (B) a compound having a radically-polymerizable ethylenic double bond, (C) a compound having both a functional group combining chemically to the transparent substrate and a functional group polymerizable with a functional group of a component in the photosensitive resin composition, (D) a light shielding dye, and (E) a photopolymerization initiator. By using the photosensitive resin composition, a color filter having a light shielding pixel pattern and combined to the transparent substrate by strong chemical bonding can be manufactured by dry development. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
