<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solar cell module having a structure of the output electrodes excellent in mechanical strength and waterproofing property and exhibiting a stabilized performance even after a long term of exposure to the outdoors. <P>SOLUTION: In the solar cell module where a photovoltaic element (1), an electrode (9) provided on the surface of the photovoltaic element (1), and a part of a take-out electrode (3) connected with the electrode (9) are sealed with sealing materials (2, 7, 8) and the output is taken out from the electrodes (3) exposed from the end part of the sealing material to the outside, the electrode (3) has at least an electrode connecting part (4) and a power take-out part (5), the electrode take-out part (5) is thicker than the power connecting part (4) and the power take-out part (5) is also sealed at least partially with the sealing materials (2, 7, 8). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
