<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a race watching system that increases interest in sports and races by delivering, in a sport or race, real-time biological signals of players or animals to a spectator via an information delivery medium. <P>SOLUTION: In a race or sport, a biological signal detection system can use biological signal detectors mounted on players or animals to detect biological signals, transmit detected data from first radio communication units, and deliver the data received by a transceiver on a second radio communication unit, over the TV or Internet. The application of the biological signal detection system can be thus extended to the world of sports and races.
