PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a metal surface decorative material or the like capable of enhancing a metallic mode designability as compared with a conventional product and improved in scratch resistance, weatherability, moldability or the like. SOLUTION: The metal surface decorative material is constituted by laminating a metal layer 4 with a thickness of 10-100 nm, which comprises stainless steel, a stainless alloy, chromium or a chromium alloy, on a base material 2 with a thickness of 50μm or more comprising an acrylic resin through an adhesive layer 3. An uneven pattern with a depth of≥20μm is provided on the surface on the side of the base material 2 of the metal layer and the other surface of the metal layer 4 is made flat.
