PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brazed heat exchange tube for simplifying work for allocating a brazing material foil thereto and allowing uniform supply of flux, a heat exchanger using the same and its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: To the to-be-brazed heat exchange tube S, the brazing material foil 11 is allocated by spirally winding the taped brazing material foil 11 formed of an aluminum alloy on the outer peripheral face of the heat exchange tube 3 formed of aluminum or an aluminum alloy.
