PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a location information presentation system by which location information is informed to a specified person only; and to provide a location information presentation method, a location information presentation device and a program. SOLUTION: In the location information presentation system, interconnection through a network 8 is applied to the informant terminal 2 of a person informing the location information; the location information presentation device 4; and a user terminal 6, respectively. The location information presentation device 4 includes: a reception section 4a receiving the location information transmitted from the informant terminal 2; a storage section 4b storing the location information; an authentication section 4c determining whether or not the user has authority to acquire the location information based on authentication information transmitted from the user terminal 6 attempting to acquire the location information; and a transmission section 4a for transmitting the location information to the terminal 6 of the user when it is determined that the user has the authority to acquire the location information.
