<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a demodulator used in mobile communication for improving phase or amplitude characteristics of a received signal and improving probability of error. <P>SOLUTION: The demodulator of a mobile communication system using data channel, control channel and second control channel includes a synthesizer 503 for synthesizing a phase factor obtained by estimating from a pilot signal contained in the control channel with a phase error obtained by estimating from a repeat signal of the second control channel.
