PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of component for a position sensor, which detects a position of a seat and controls operations of an occupant constraining system based on the relative position of the seat and the occupant constraining system, and to fix the failure caused by external factors, thereby improving the position accuracy and reducing the clearance to improve the sensor performance and to reduce the size and weight. SOLUTION: This vehicular slide seat with a position sensor comprises a magnet piece 2b forming a magnetic field and a magnet detection sensor 2a for outputting a magnetic field reaction signal or non-reaction signal as a position sensor 2. The magnetic field detection sensor 2a is attached to an inner side of a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of either one of an upper rail 1a or a lower rail 1b. The magnet piece 2b is attached to an inner side at the front area or the rear area of a predetermined position in the longitudinal direction of the other one of the upper rail 1a or the lower rail 1b.
