PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control device for dryness of steam capable of accurately controlling dryness. SOLUTION: A dryness measuring means 3 is provided by fitting a displacement flowmeter 5, a pressure sensor 7, a temperature sensor 8, and a mass flowmeter 6 to a steam pipe 4, sequentially. A pH sensor 10 is fitted to the outlet side of the mass flowmeter 6. In addition, a dryness adjusting means 2 consisting of a heater main body 13 and a cooler main body 16 is fitted to a steam pipe 1 in the upstream side. By the dryness measuring means 3, dryness or wetness of steam to be measured is measured and calculated. By adjusting the dryness adjusting means 2 on the basis of the calculated value, dryness of supplied steam can be optionally controlled. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI
