PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic memory array, capable of generating spiral magnetization, independently of the thickness of a magnetic layer and stably recording information, in response to the direction of the spiral magnetization. SOLUTION: A plurality of magnetic memories 30, each including a magnetic layer having a ring-shaped film face whose outer circumferential part is notched in a circular arc shape, are located in a way that straight line parts 33 of notched parts 32 so as to be nearly mutually in parallel and arranged, and the magnetic memory array is manufactured.
