PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a data communication device processing data by a data processing device intended by a transmission side. SOLUTION: A cellphone, or a data communication device transmitting contents data, synthesizes the contents data by inserting information related to a data output device 3, or an output destination connected to a home gateway 2, to transmitting contents. The contents data are transmitted to the home gateway 2 via the Internet. The home gateway 2 allows a receiving part 21 to receive the contents data and an output device determination part 22 to determine the data output device 3, or the output destination, based on the information of the output destination synthesized in the contents data. A selector 23 transmits the contents data to the corresponding data output device 3 out of the connected data output devices 3a-3c based on the determination results and outputs the data.
