PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce variations of difference of potential because of use of a plurality of regulators, and to improve the reading accuracy of A/D input. SOLUTION: An A/D input connector 301 receives power supply from a regulator 102 of a power source for A/D, and reads an analog signal from the external. CPU 201 receives power supply from a regulator 101 of a power source for logic, and conducts A/D conversion and logical operation. An A/D input reading means 201a reads a first A/D input from the regulator 101 of the power source for logic, a second A/D input from the regulator 102 of the power source for A/D, and a third A/D input from an A/D input connector 301. A correction coefficient generating means 201b generates a correction coefficient according to the rate of the first A/D input and the second A/D input.
