A partition (1) in the distributor running right across parallel to the gas jet axes (4,5) divides the distributor into two chambers (2,3) joined to the jet groups, of which the jets (4) placed centrally in the Venturi tube (6) have an offset part (8) of the partition at the jet seat (9) and are allocated to the larger volume chamber (2). The distributor is fixed at the ends to a gastight cover (11) on the burner plate (12). A regulator valve (14) integrated with the distributor is placed at the crossover orifice between the two chambers (2,3). The chamber (3) jets (5) are designed as nozzle bores in the distributor wall and set excentric to the central entry of the Venturi (6).
